Darkspore, a new breed of online action RPG, is coming to PCs everywhere on April 29, 2011. Today we’re releasing a new Hero Spotlight Video showcasing the abilities of the Meditron the Repair-Bot, a Cyber Tempest hero and one of more than 25 characters that gamers will be able to customise.
This new video details a few of the devastating attack options, as well as positive squad effects, in Meditron’s considerable arsenal, making for an invaluable addition to 4 player co-op and PvP. Nanoswarm is a ranged attack that launches a swarm of destructive nanobots, which seek and damage enemies. Meditron’s special ability – Syndrome Shift – removes negative effects from Meditron and allies, and transfers the damage to nearby enemies. Simultaneously, the ability transfers positive enemy effects to nearby allies. These abilities, and more, are highlighted in this most recent Hero Spotlight video.
